LDC is also adept at conducting Upstream Impact Analysis. We utilize the most current GIS data, LiDAR data, aerial photography and site visits to determine the source of upstream storm water, which may affect a potential development. This information can also be utilized to determine the extent that offsite flows may be adversely affecting the site.
