TESC Plans
Per Washington State Department of Ecology (DOE) guidelines, most projects include site grading and will require Erosion Control measures. In order to meet these requirements LDC has developed a team of individuals that are highly knowledgeable regarding erosion control requirements. These requirements typically require the creation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control (TESC) plans, notes and details. These plans identify the means and measures by which the contractor will achieve erosions and sedimentation control.
