Due to our extensive residential and commercial development background, LDC is highly efficient at sizing and designing detention facilities. LDC utilizes StormShed 2G, KCRTS and WWHM software and are highly knowledgeable with the most recent storm water requirements for all jurisdictions in the Puget Sound Region. LDC also utilizes GIS and site visits to determine the existing conditions and potential complications to traditional storm water management solutions.
