Project Coordination

Nearly all civil engineering projects require extensive coordination. This is due to the extensive permitting requirements in this State, the desire to keep the client apprised of progress, and the need for specialized support. LDC completes bi-weekly or monthly progress reports for our clients depending on the size of the project or the clients’ level of involvement in the management of the project. LDC feels that an informed client is a very satisfied client. Furthermore, as the project manager, LDC is frequently responsible for procurement of the consultant teams required to gain construction approval. We maintain professional relationships with numerous sub-consultants in every specialty required to gain permit approval, in order to provide our client with the most effective team for a particular project. These specialized services include, but are not limited to: architects, traffic engineers, geotechnical engineers, structural engineers, land use attorneys, wetland consultants, surveyors, and landscape architects.
