Project Close-Out
LDC provides project closeout services for nearly every project. These services usually begin with the review of the contractor’s as-built drawings. These redlined as-built drawings are imported into AutoCAD and analyzed for inconsistencies. Solutions are suggested for all inconsistencies. Also the approval of the final plat coordinated and submitted to the jurisdiction. In addition, LDC will typically complete an operation and maintenance manual for the project.
