LDC’s has extensive residential and master plan layout experience. Due to this experience LDC is adept in creating site plans with lots that function for the clients intended end-use and that conform to jurisdictional requirements; including building setbacks. In addition, LDC has developed a custom software and process that assists the home builder in product placement. LDC can create a query that will show what style of building footprint fits on what lot. In addition, the analysis will show information such as front and back yard depths, impervious percentage, and foot print left or right justification. This specific service has attracted some of the nation’s largest home builders.
