LDC maintains the most current Critical Areas Ordinance (CAO) information for all jurisdictions in the Puget Sound Region. The Critical Areas Ordinance has become increasingly complicated and restrictive, while developable properties have become increasingly impacted by wetlands, streams, and critical slopes.
