LDC has the expertise to calculate lot yield, and can create a conceptual lot layout based upon the zoning, critical areas, municipal code, and engineering requirements set forth by the jurisdiction. The conceptual lot layout can then be utilized for the pre-application meeting and eventually the preliminary entitlement process.
