Sensitive Areas Analysis
LDC maintains the most current sensitive areas information for the jurisdictions in the Puget Sound Region. This information is used to determine the existence of potential sensitive areas prior to significant investment in a potential development. Furthermore, critical areas flagging can be collected via GPS prior to formal survey and integrated with existing GIS or AutoCAD data.
