Geospatial Modeling / Analysis
LDC utilizes Model-Builder and its extensive catalog of GIS data to create large-scale client driven spatial models. A few examples of modeling are as follows:
- Identify target properties for future development by assessing critical areas, minimum acreage, current zoning, slope, and site access constraints.
- Identify target properties for riparian mitigation by assessing proximity to key rivers, adjacency to existing riparian areas, fish habitat and parcel size.
