Sensitive Areas Analysis
LDC maintains the most current information on sensitive areas for jurisdictions in the Puget Sound Region. This information is used to determine the potential existence of sensitive areas; prior to significant investments are made on a potential development. LDC also maintains contacts with many wetland specialists and geotechnical engineers in order to provide our clients with the resources they will require to move forward with their project.
