LDC’s team of professionals are experts in the entitlement and land development feasibility fields. LDC utilizes resources and expertise to develop feasibility reports, which typically takes the form of a 5 to 10 page report along with proposed site layout with supporting documentation. This report is intended to provide our clients with the information necessary to assess cost and possible added value of following through with the entitlement process. LDC is completing the average feasibility report for approximately $3,500 to $5,500 depending on the complexity and size of the potential development. The typical feasibility report is completed within two weeks enabling our client to react quickly in the competitive land market.
