Preliminary Feasibility
LDC strongly believes that every project’s success hinges upon the creation of a viable and realistic site design. To this end LDC has focused on creating a team of individuals whom are well versed in the design standards, and municipal codes of the local jurisdictions as well as being highly skilled in site design. These services typically result in the creation of a conceptual lot layout or site plan (see Planning Services). This conceptual design is contingent upon the results of the conceptual detention sizing, site grading and utilities layout. LDC continually encourages participation from its clients. The conceptual site design process serves as the foundation for the entire engineering process.
