Drainage Reports
LDC has a team of highly skilled individuals whom are trained in creating Final Drainage Reports. These reports supplement the final engineering plans by describing the existing site conditions, offsite analysis, proposed development conditions, stormwater detention design, water quality design and stormwater conveyance design. These reports typically include a Level 1 downstream analysis, upstream analysis, soils analysis, critical areas analysis, stormwater detention, water quality and conveyance modeling, location and configuration. LDC is highly efficient at sizing and designing detention facilities. LDC utilizes StormShed 2G, KCRTS and WWHM software and are highly knowledgeable regarding the most recent storm water requirements for all jurisdictions in the Puget Sound Region. This report is included in the final submittal to the governing jurisdiction.
